2000.5 & newer have black front roof struts that taper in half way up to the roof & measure 36".

What does AS4 DOT approved mean?
AS4 is a safety rating from the Department of Transportation indicating the windshield meets minimum light transmission and impact resistance standards for street use. The AS4 designation is permanently stamped into the windshield — not a sticker — so it holds up to inspection in states that require DOT-approved windshields for street-legal golf carts.

Will this windshield fit my Club Car model?
This windshield is available in three fitments: Club Car Precedent/Tempo/Onward (2004 and up), Club Car DS 82–2000.5, and Club Car DS 2000.5 and newer. Note that Club Car changed its roof strut design in the mid-2000 model year — silver struts indicate the earlier DS, black tapered struts indicate the newer DS. Can I return this windshield if it doesn't work for my state?
