How to Return an Item

1. Call us at 321-622-6868 or email sales@eccarts.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
2. Include the RMA form with your return shipment
3. Ship the item back in its original, unopened packaging via standard ground delivery

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be new, unopened, and in 100% resalable condition in original packaging
• Incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Electrical parts (motors, controllers, switches, solenoids, chargers, lights, etc.)
• Wheels & tires (unless manufacturer defect)
• Windshields (unless manufacturer defect)
• Special order or custom products (unless damaged in transit)
• Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, report it to the delivery carrier immediately or refuse delivery. For damage discovered after opening, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
