What seat options can I choose from? Seats are sourced from Modz and are fully customizable. Choose from six seat colors — Grey, Rust, Brown, Khaki, Black, and White — and six seat patterns: No Pattern, Cobra, Small Diamond, Hexagon, Honeycomb, and Large Diamond. Mix and match to create a look that's uniquely yours.
Is this cart built to order? Yes, every Navitas Lifted Aluminum Chassis cart is custom-built to your specifications. Because of this, build times vary based on your configuration and our current order volume. We strongly recommend calling us before placing your order to confirm lead times and discuss your build in detail.
Can this cart handle off-road terrain? Absolutely. The lifted chassis provides increased ground clearance, and the IFS system absorbs bumps and rough terrain with ease. What is the weight of the cart? The cart weighs approximately 1,250 lbs. Despite its robust feature set and lifted build, the aluminum chassis keeps overall weight lower than comparable steel-frame platforms, contributing to better handling and efficiency.
Does the Navitas aluminum golf cart chassis support performance and other upgrades? Yes. You can upgrade the 5k mototor and 600 amp controller to the 7.5k motor and 850 amp controller and with more customization in mind. Does this cart use AC or DC controllers? This cart uses a Navitas 600-Amp AC Controller paired with a 5kW AC Motor — not DC. AC controllers offer superior efficiency, smoother throttle response, and regenerative braking compared to older DC controllers, making them the preferred choice for high-performance electric golf cart builds.
