Want to replace that broken antenna? This universal-mount antenna offers a convenient solution for bringing crisp, static-free AM/FM reception.
The antenna wire has a standard male Motorola plug on one end, and includes a wire to connect to your stereo's power antenna turn-on lead.
This is a universal amplified antenna that can be used in applications where a conventional telescoping/rubber antenna is not desired. It is designed with separate amplifiers for the AM and FM bands, which improves the reception and gives you the maximum performance. To install this antenna, no drilling is necessary, and it can be installed right on the front of your radio console or under your cowl (hood). You will have to supply the antenna with power using the 12V cable that is attached to the antenna cable. The antenna has self-adhesive pads on the bottom so you can mount it to any smooth surface. The antenna should be grounded to reduce any potential noise. A red LED confirms that the antenna is on.
